After the exceptional success of the 2025 edition, which brought together participants from 23 countries, Balkan eCommerce Summit 2026 took place on April 28–29 at Inter Expo Center Sofia and exceeded all expectations, gathering over 3,200 participants from 35 countries and turning eCommerce into a real, live two-day experience.
The event established itself as one of the most dynamic and preferred gatherings for eCommerce and digital marketing in the region, creating a strong platform for idea exchange, partnerships, and the development of online business.
Over two days, Sofia became the Balkan hub for eCommerce, bringing together leading companies from the sector, as well as representatives of embassies, industry organizations, and various business fields. This turned the forum into a real environment for international cooperation and business growth, further expanding its scale and impact compared to the previous edition, which gathered 2,330 participants from 23 countries.
The program featured 78 international speakers and dozens of practical sessions, panels, and discussions focused on eCommerce, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and logistics. One of the strongest elements this year was the quality of conversations beyond the stage, with the VIP area becoming a key space for strategic meetings, high-value partnerships, and new business opportunities, further building on the proven One-to-One concept.
The event was supported by more than 60 business ambassadors and covered by over 59 Bulgarian and international media outlets, while the participation of embassies from over 35 countries further strengthened its international character.
The highlight of the Summit was the Balkan Party, which gathered over 1,200 guests in an informal and high-energy atmosphere, where business turned into experience and emotion.
