Field Of Expertise: The organization’s field of experience is supporting regional innovation through digitalization, circular economy solutions, sustainable growth, and services such as test-before-invest, digital skills training, financial consulting, and international partnership building.
The Regional Innovation Centre “Ambitious Gabrovo” represents the so-called “quadruple helix” model, which unites representatives of local and regional authorities, business, the academic and scientific community, and civil society.
The organization is a key player in the regional innovation ecosystem, focused on digitalization, the circular economy, and sustainable growth.
The Centre supports companies and public organizations by offering test-before-invest services in its six laboratories, training in digital skills – including artificial intelligence – financial consulting, and network-based cooperation.
RIC “Ambitious Gabrovo” is the main contact point of the European Digital Innovation Hub for the North Central Region and a member of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and the European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN). Through these networks, organizations gain opportunities to create international business and technological partnerships, participate in matchmaking, access new markets, and receive expert support for growth and innovation.
