Marine Cluster Bulgaria (MCB) is a non-governmental organization committed to the sustainable and competitive development of the Bulgarian blue economy through collaboration, innovation and strategic partnerships. We bring together businesses, public institutions, academia and industry stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange, joint initiatives and long-term cooperation.
As a part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), we provide tailored support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from all sectors, helping them access international markets, innovation networks and EU funding opportunities. By connecting local expertise with European and global networks, we empower our members and partners to grow, innovate and succeed in an increasingly competitive environment.
MCB is the Bulgarian National Hub for the Black Sea Assistance Mechanism (BSAM). It also is a co-location centre for the Black Sea within EIT Water – a new Knowledge and Innovation Community dedicated to addressing Europe’s water, marine and maritime challenges, strengthening regional collaboration and innovation. MCB is a member of the European Network of Maritime Clusters (ENMC) and the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), ensuring strong integration into European industrial and innovation ecosystems.
