Kiril Ludachki is a recognized expert in logistics and operational efficiency, with international experience in Bulgaria, Germany, and the Netherlands. His career is closely connected to e‑grocery and e‑commerce, including warehouse operations, fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery. Between 2020 and 2022, he played a key role in scaling eBag’s logistics operations during a period of accelerated growth and high operational complexity. He later worked on logistics projects in Berlin and Munich for the Czech investment fund Rockaway Capital, and subsequently joined Košík Holding, part of Daniel Křetínský’s EPH Group. As of 2025, he is the Chief Operating Officer of Sameday Bulgaria.
