Norbert leads the Digital Commerce Advisory team at PwC. He joined the firm in 2024 following the acquisition of his e-commerce consulting firm, GKID, which he successfully managed for 11 years.
With over 16 years of experience in e-commerce, parcel logistics, and digital transaction markets, Norbert has developed extensive expertise in consulting, strategy, and market research projects. He primarily works with leading retailers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and digital service companies across the CEE region, addressing areas such as go-to-market strategies, business model innovation, and product and service development.
He founded Hungary’s leading e-commerce research series and created the country’s first public e-commerce ranking list (called eTOPLIST). The related award gala was PwC Hungary’s most mentioned event in FY25.
Norbert hosts a professional podcast channel focused on the digital commerce sector, a founding board member of the Digital Retail Alliance in Hungary, and board member of Ecommerce Hungary. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences.
