In 2009, I sold a performance agency, bought the first Romanian affiliate network, and raised €500,000 to redesign it into a self-service, gamified platform. Fast forward to 2020, I listed the company, 2Performant, on the Romanian Stock Exchange. Our platform has driven €600M+ in online sales for e-commerce brands, with transparency and accountability at its core. Alongside an incredible team, I’ve built a marketing meritocracy where performance rules and bullshit is left at the door. Since then, we’ve raised another €1.1 million and taken affiliate marketing to a whole new level.
