Andrej Šolinc is the CEO of CEED Slovenia, where he leads a community of 1,200+ founders and business leaders. Through the global CEED network (active in 15+ countries), his team designs peer-learning programs, mentor-led workshops, and networking events – over 120 each year – that help entrepreneurs grow. In 2025 he launched the Next Generation Initiative to support succession in Slovenian SMEs, and he also helps companies in distress through the Early Warning Europe program.
A seasoned entrepreneur, he co-founded a tech company he helped scale for 16 years – today listed on the Borsa Italiana in Milan as DHH. He serves on the Gazela (Gazelle) Awards methodology committee and mentors young founders through JA Worldwide (GEN-E) and POPRI. As an ecosystem connector, he bridges Slovenia with global markets, supporting foreign investors and companies entering the region while helping local founders expand internationally.
