Vînătoru Mihai is the CEO of DWF Romania, a leading digital marketing agency known for its innovative strategies in SEO, PPC and Data Analytics. As a brand ambassador for the Balkan eCommerce Summit, he connects with industry leaders across the Balkans and Central Europe, to expand DWF’s coverage in the region and also to share actionable insights from his digital marketing experience. Beyond his professional life, Mihai is a father of three who enjoys chess, winter sports, and poetry.   

Mihai co-founded Digital Workforce (DWF Romania) in 2012, initially focusing on SEO before expanding to Paid Media, Data Analytics, and Video content production. Under his leadership, DWF Romania has grown to be the largest SEO agency in Romania and one of the Top 3% Paid Media agencies in this country (according to Google Premier Partner program). The agency has successfully executed numerous campaigns across diverse sectors of eCommerce and Lead Generation.    

Mihai’s background includes a strong foundation in technology from his time as a Network Administrator at the University of Bucharest. He holds degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, and a PhD in Orthodox Theology. This diverse academic background complements his role in leading DWF Romania.
