Field Of Expertise: Our expertise encompasses digital business law with specialization in e-commerce regulations, data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA), consumer protection legislation, digital services compliance, and technical implementation of legal requirements.
CraftPolicy is a specialized legal consultancy that provides custom-built legal documentation and compliance solutions for online businesses. Focusing on digital enterprises (eCommerce & SaaS), we transform legal requirements from operational burdens into strategic business assets.
Founded by experts with over 10 years of experience in digital business, our team combines deep legal expertise with technical & business knowledge to deliver solutions that ensure compliance, build consumer trust, and facilitate business growth.
We serve over 50 clients across 6 European countries, helping e-commerce businesses, SaaS companies, and digital service providers navigate the increasingly complex regulatory landscape, such as GDPR, while maintaining operational efficiency.
Our bespoke approach begins with a comprehensive analysis of each client’s business model, target markets, and specific operational needs. This allows us to create tailored legal frameworks that address unique business requirements rather than relying on generic templates that often create compliance gaps and business vulnerabilities.
Our comprehensive services include:
✓ Custom General Terms & Conditions
✓ GDPR/CCPA-compliant Privacy Policies
✓ Cookie Policy and Consent Management
✓ DSAR Form Implementation
✓ Industry-Specific Legal Documentation (Apps, SaaS, Marketplaces)
