Office 1

Office 1 is the leading office products retailer in Bulgaria, with a market share of over 40% for more than 25 years.

The company offers a portfolio of over 110 000 products, serving both retail and wholesale customers across a wide range of categories, including office supplies, furniture, technology, and educational products.

Office 1 operates a nationwide network of over 60 retail stores in key locations across Bulgaria and is part of the international Panda Cooperation, which holds the global rights to the Office 1 brand.

Originally established as a local business in 1991, Panda has grown into a key player in the office products industry and, since 2018, is the global owner and developer of the Office 1 brand.

Office 1 is supported by one of the most advanced logistics centers in Southeastern Europe – with its area of 21,154 m², is the largest and most automated logistics center in Southeastern Europe. It functions with the Austrian system OSR Shuttle Evo, which gives the company the resources to process and complete each order in just a few minutes.  Thanks to this technological advantage, Office 1 has reduced order errors to the absolute minimum of 0.01% and is able to process around 1,400 orders daily.
