Founded in early 2021, The eCommerce Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the first and only association in Bosnia and Herzegovina directly by the industry, not as a project-based organization. The founders are leading companies for whom eCommerce is either the core business activity or a key segment of operations. The Association brings together business leaders and innovators, promoting growth and development in eCommerce through networking, education, and advocating for best practices in the industry.
The mission of the Association is to support the interests of eCommerce merchants, enhance knowledge sharing, expand the sector, and reduce legal barriers through activities such as lobbying, legal support, training, and research. It collaborates with relevant institutions and industries to enable sustainable growth.
As the only non-EU member of Ecommerce Europe, the Association partners with regional and other eCommerce organizations working together on multiple projects to strengthen the Balkans as a unified eCommerce ecosystem.
