Sofia is set to become the ecommerce hub for the Balkan region by bringing together industry giants on April 29-30 at Arena Sofia Hall. Balkan eCommerce Summit 2025 promises to be one of the most significant events for the industry: over two days, more than 160 companies will showcase their services in an extensive expo, transforming the city into a crossroads of ideas and partnerships in ecommerce and digital marketing.
This year, the event welcomes some of the most prominent leaders in the sector from the Balkans and beyond. Many of them, in addition to having stands at the expo, will participate with interesting lectures presenting their invaluable industry experience.
Among them are:
Amazon – the global leader in ecommerce and cloud services, which sets the standards in online shopping and logistics. Marius Haeberle and Victor Detchev, representatives of the company, will deliver lectures dedicated to the future of ecommerce.
Turkish Airlines – a premium airline with a global network that offers logistical solutions and cargo services supporting international trade and electronic sales.
Favi – leading search engine in the home design and furniture segment, with operations across many European countries.
Mastercard – a global leader in payment technologies, offering innovative solutions for secure and convenient digital payments, consumer UX and personalization, data management and cyber security products.
Their presence at Balkan eCommerce Summit 2025 is a clear sign of the growing importance of the Balkan region in the world of eCommerce.

In 2025, the event will also include a Private Label zone, where leading manufacturers such as BioPharma and Evelin will present an opportunity for various businesses to create their own brands and labels manufactured by them. In this zone, merchants will have the opportunity to meet with representatives in person, build strategic partnerships, and discuss potential opportunities for expanding their product lines. “Balkan eCommerce Summit is the place where Western giants meet Eastern leaders, creating a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange and strategic partnerships. This is the event that inspires, provides access to best practices, and serves as a rocket booster for business and sales.” – says Nikola Ilchev, founder of Balkan eCommerce Summit and eCommerce Academy.
