Stefani Raykova is the Chief Marketing Officer at euShipments.com, where she leads marketing and brand development strategies across one of Europe’s fastest-growing logistics ecosystems. With over seven years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, Stefani oversees the complete marketing operations of four fulfillment and logistics brands – euShipments.com, euShipments Croatia, euShipments Romania, and euShipments Slovakia – spanning 15 fulfillment centers and over 800 delivery methods across the region.
Under her leadership, euShipments.com has been recognized by the Financial Times three years in a row as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and in 2025 was named the fastest-growing logistics company in Europe by Financial Times and Statista. Stefani has executed hundreds of advertising and PR campaigns, generating significant volumes of qualified leads and securing over 120 publications in renowned outlets including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and Investor.
As a Brand Ambassador for the Balkan eCommerce Summit, her mission is clear: to inform and educate eCommerce businesses on the best practices and strategies for developing successful international online stores while leveraging the rapidly growing markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
From your perspective, what is the role of a Brand Ambassador, and what value does it bring – to the community and to you personally?
The role of a Brand Ambassador is to be the face of the brand, to represent and promote it through personal credibility and by sharing it with their own audiences. This role brings value to the community by sharing real experience, useful insights, and inspiration, and for me personally, it offers opportunities for growth and creation of meaningful professional connections.
How does your company participate in Balkan eCommerce Summit?
For nearly a decade now, the partnership between euShipments.com and the founder of Balkan eCommerce Summit, Nikola Ilchev, has continued, built on shared values, long-term thinking, and a common mission to create a sustainable eCommerce environment in the region. Since the creation of Balkan eCommerce Summit, euShipments.com has been a key partner of the event and an active supporter of the development of the regional eCommerce ecosystem, consistently contributing expertise, hands-on experience, and sustainable logistics solutions for international growth. For the entire euShipments.com team, the true value of the event lies in its ability to bring together leading professionals, innovative companies, and visionaries around real business challenges and proven, practical solutions.
Which marketing habit, mindset, or principle has most shaped your work and how can other leaders apply it in their daily practice?

For me, a successful marketer, and a professional in any field, must be adaptable. Industries change rapidly, and so do the tools and strategies needed to successfully meet new challenges. I have been working professionally in the marketing field for nearly a decade, and I have witnessed the tremendous changes the digital world has undergone during that time. The ability to evolve alongside the environment is essential to survival, which is why I believe that true leaders are those who have developed this ability more strongly than others.
What is one practical tactic or tool you personally swear by for growing cross-border eCommerce in CEE that readers can test within 30 days?
The only thing that meets the above criteria and that I can swear by without any hesitation is the solutions provided by euShipments.com. The main challenge of cross-border eCommerce expansion remains logistics. Through “the universe” of fulfillment and logistics services offered by euShipments.com, in under 30 days any online merchant in the region can unlock the opportunity to sell across the entire Europe – with access to 15 fulfillment centers, over 800 delivery methods, COD, returns management, and customer support. All with a single partner and integration.
What achievement or recognition are you most proud of and what did it teach you about building brands that scale?
I’m extremely proud of my overall work leading the euShipments.com marketing. Much of the public focus is on the company’s infrastructure and ecosystem of solutions – integrated delivery methods, proprietary warehouse locations, record growth in processed shipments, etc. However, I’m also proud of my contribution to the company’s recognition by the globally respected business media Financial Times. Over the past three years in a row, euShipments.com has been included in the FT1000 list, and in 2025 we were recognized by Financial Times and Statista as the fastest-growing logistics company in Europe! Being directly involved in and responsible for the application processes, I can’t help but share how glad I am about these significant recognitions – and I’m looking forward to many more to come.
When a brand is fully focused on service quality and customer needs, building its online presence and reputation becomes remarkably easy. Тhis is the perfect scenario for any marketing professional.
For founders and marketers planning 2026, what’s one decision you’d prioritize first – and one common mistake you’d avoid?
In 2026, I’d prioritize investing time, resources, and efforts into testing something new. Whether that’s a new channel or content type, a new approach to an usual challenge, or simply a new tool/software. I would avoid at all costs planning important tasks and projects based solely on historical data and past experience. I believe 2026 will surprise us with many new developments across every aspect, and I’m genuinely looking forward to them. Every new thing opens up a multitude of opportunities.
